Chayanika means the chosen one. Love for learning using ingenious ways or jugaad is a constant trait. It aided me in discovering my solace - sketching and documenting life while strolling. Imitating a fly on the wall is my favorite pastime. Bachelor's in Communication Design at NID AP has led to a jack of all trade knowledge of design. Being ambitious for learning the various ways of the art of retelling and documentation drove me to Digital Game Design as my masters.

I am trained in softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Procreate and Figma (2D), Blender, Cinema 4D, Sculptgl and ZBrush (3D), Unity for game design, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Animate and Adobe Audition for audio video editing.

I have been a design student throughout my life and have learned key aspects of design from design process to design documentation to research management. My training as a designer from my bachelor’s to master’s has led to a fundamental understanding of various design areas such as rapid prototyping, conceptualization, gameplay design, branding and packaging, UI/UX, animation, character design, storytelling and storyboarding, cinematography, audio visual editing and sound design.
